These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77ccb platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These six points summarise the most critical terms that every 77ccb user should understand before placing their first bet or making a deposit.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the 77ccb Platform in any capacity. Registration by any person under this age is strictly prohibited. 77ccb reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance arising from restricted activity.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 77ccb Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 77ccb makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside those explicitly supported.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your correct date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual, household, mobile device, IP address, and payment method may be associated with only one (1) active 77ccb Account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances being voided.
2.5 KYC Verification. 77ccb is obligated under its licensing conditions to conduct identity verification. You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested. Unverified accounts are subject to withdrawal restrictions. Documents accepted include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, and proof of address dated within three months.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77ccb will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You agree to notify 77ccb support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.
3.2 Account Activity. 77ccb reserves the right to classify an Account as inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a dormancy administration fee of up to Rs 50 per month after written notice has been provided to the registered email address.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 77ccb support via Live Chat or the registered email address. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on file. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or policy breach cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 77ccb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Over-the-Counter Cash Deposit through authorised agents. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency accounts or transactions are supported.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit imposed by 77ccb, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals will, by default, be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, 77ccb reserves the right to use an alternative verified payment method on the account.
4.4 Processing Timelines. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) banking hours. 77ccb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or national public holidays.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 77ccb complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Large or unusual withdrawal patterns may be subject to enhanced due diligence. 77ccb reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any such review.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 77ccb sportsbook are subject to the published odds at the time the bet is confirmed. 77ccb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a pricing error is identified, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where an event result has already been determined at the time of placement.
5.2 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Due to the nature of live events — including PSL matches, international cricket, and UFC bouts — there may be brief periods during which live markets are suspended. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are honoured unless the relevant market is subsequently voided under clause 5.1.
5.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that a manifestly incorrect price is published due to a technical or human error, 77ccb reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price, regardless of whether they have been confirmed. Affected players will receive a full refund of their stake to their 77ccb Account balance.
5.4 Casino and Slots. All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on the 77ccb Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on request. 77ccb does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for individual session results beyond what the certified RTP represents statistically over a large sample of rounds.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by 77ccb — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and Golden Bank returns — are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as stated in the offer terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 77ccb monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit referral systems. Where abuse is confirmed, 77ccb reserves the right to remove all bonus funds and associated winnings from the affected accounts.
6.4 Golden Bank. The Golden Bank feature provides daily PKR returns on eligible Account balances as published on the Golden Bank page. Return rates may be adjusted at 77ccb's discretion with seven (7) days' notice. Returns credited under the Golden Bank scheme are treated as Real Money Funds and are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ccb Platform:
All content on the 77ccb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 77ccb or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77ccb. Scraping, data mining, or automated content extraction from the Platform for any purpose is expressly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ccb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gaming losses.
9.2 77ccb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect Platform availability, including during live events. 77ccb is not liable for bet voidance caused by Platform outages where force majeure or scheduled maintenance was the contributing factor.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77ccb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Pakistani law.
77ccb is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via their Account settings. 77ccb reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77ccb will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-account notification. Continued use of the Platform after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 3.3.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 77ccb's international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local legislation applicable to you as a Pakistani resident, the mandatory local provision shall take precedence only to the minimum extent required.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to contact 77ccb support in the first instance via Live Chat or the registered support email. 77ccb will endeavour to resolve any complaint within five (5) business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution process specified under 77ccb's applicable gaming licence.
12.3 Language. This document is provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
